The cottages at River Hills Village provide a carefree retirement
lifestyle. We take care of those annoying chores like mowing the
lawn, shoveling the snow, shampooing the carpet and even rearranging
the furniture. You will never have to worry about maintenance, inside
or outside, again. We also provide health assurance with a trained
staff on call twenty four hours a day, seven days a week that is
focused on keeping you healthy and involved. This freedom allows you
more time to stroll the paved walking paths, use our state-of-the art
exercise equipment, join us in our many scheduled activities or just
sit back, relax, and enjoy your retirement.
This is the home that you have always dreamed about. Each cottage
contains a gas fireplace, numerous windows with vertical blinds, new
full size appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,
washer and dryer and garbage disposal), patios to enjoy our country
setting and an attached two car garage. Tenants are only responsible
for telephone, cable TV and furnishings.
Four styles of
cottages are available:
Cottage A - 890 square feet, one bedroom, one bath, terrace and
patio.
Cottage B - 1149 square feet, one bedroom, one bath, terrace and
patio.
Cottage C - 1439 square feet, one bedroom, two baths, den,
terrace and patio.
Cottage D - 1566 square feet, two bedrooms, two baths, terrace
and two patios.
